FULFILLMENT

JAXSNAP  has three (3) fulfillment centers worldwide: USA, Europe, and China. Our products are shipped directly from one of our fulfilment canters depending on the delivery address of the order and on the availability of the product.

Fulfilment Time:

97.66% of our products are shipped within 8-15 business days.

Shipping information:

Our products are delivered directly from the factory. Because of this, we have no expensive storage costs and that is reflected in the price! Due to the high order volume and the impacted of the epidemic situation all products that you buy from us are currently delivered to you within 1 to 2 weeks.

If it happens that the delivery time of your order threatens to become longer, we will contact you immediately to inform you about the situation. If you have any questions about your ordered product, please contact us!

Partial Delivery:

When you order products from multiple categories, it may happen that your order will be delivered to your home with partial delivery. Due to the fact that we deliver direct from the factory, our products are delivered by multiple carriers. This means that different carriers come to deliver a part of the order at multiple delivery times. You will receive an email in advance when your order is shipped from the factory. You will then receive an e-mail update from the carrier with the expected delivery time and possibly track and trace code. 

Has the ordered product been seriously damaged or has it not arrived? Then this product will, of course, be reimbursed!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) BE DELIVERED?

Most of the items in our store are in stock and ship within 2-5 days (sometimes sooner). Once shipped the standard transit time for USPS, which is normally within 1-2 weeks in the US. However, some times it may have a longer delivery time.

We post the delivery time needed for every item we sell on the products page.

**CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19)**

It's not a secret that the world is facing a serious global health crisis due to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) outbreak.

All of us are going through the uneasy times: change of plans, restrictions, and uncertainty. We want our customers to know that we are following all the health & safety protocols to assure the safety of our community, partners, and employees.

The previous month has been a challenge for team, as there has been some restrictions on logistics, transportation, and post offices. Thus, delays in shipment and carrier pick up may have occurred. Rest assured that our team is working around the clock to resolve the issue and make the shipment faster.

Please make sure to track your orders using the tracking numbers provided to you once shipped. If you do not receive your package within 6-8 weeks after shipment, we will be glad to send a replacement or process refund as necessary.
