Is your website secure?


Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world. All payments are processed by Shopify/Stripe. Please note that we do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We are also McAfee Secure Certified.


What are the payment options available?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal and Apple Pay.  All prices are in USD $ / US Dollar.


How much you charge for shipping?


Shipping fee varies depending on the location. It normally starts at $7.95 while for international orders we charge $20.


Why do I not get FREE SHIPPING?


We definitely offer free standard shipping on some US orders only. If orders for certain products reached $60 or more in total price, we will no longer charge you for shipping. This does not apply to international order.


Where is my order confirmation?


You should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided once order has been successfully place. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting support.


When will you ship my items? How long do we take to process orders?


All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment.


When can I expect my items?


Our manufacturer is based in China. You can assume that for most cases, products will arrive within 10 to 20 business days on average. A tracking number will be provided on ALL orders through us so you can keep a close eye on your items shipment.


Due to high traffic on some orders, shipping time may take up to 35 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 50 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.


This policy excludes errors by customer when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.


Do you offer a guarantee?


Yes! We want to give you confidence and to be completely pleased with your purchase. Hence, we provide 60 Day Return Policy. No questions asked! In case for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund.  


The item must be returned in a new and same condition upon arrival. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


How do I change my delivery address?


Please contact us as soon as possible because once it is shipped we cannot change the address anymore.


How do I track my shipment?


You will be provided a tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped. You can then track your parcel here.


Will my items be sent in one package?


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. You may also receive one item before the next. Don't panic if this happens. This is normal and you also get the other item soon.


December shipping due dates


High traffic on orders are to be expected on December. Any items ordered before December 3 will have a big chance not to arrive on or before Christmas. Please refer to our shipping times above.


Can you cancel my order?


Cancellation can be made before the item leaves our warehouse. Please contact us here as soon as possible if you need to cancel for us to see if it is eligible for cancellation.





How do I return/exchange an item?


To be eligible for a return within 45 days, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition when you received it. The sooner the better, so you can get the new one at the earliest possible time.


To arrange this please contact us here, with your full name and order number letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is our fault.


Refund for returns


Any returned items will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt. Initial postage fee will not be included in the refund. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as this has been done.


Chinese Holidays


Our manufacturers for certain products are based in Asia. Thus, Chinese New Year will greatly affect processing time of these items starting second week of January until second week of February. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery during that time.
